We are excited to announce Round 2 of our 5 week Wednesday Night Brick Workout series at Endurance House Oceanside. This will be workout #2. Each workout will be lead by a different coach and focus on different techniques with short course ( sprint and olympic distance) focus . Review the below outline to see workout details.

These BRICKS will be FREE and open to all levels. We encourage beginner athletes to come and learn about nutrition, transitions, injury prevention, and more! This is a great opportunity to meet new people and get answers to your questions. Plus, working out with a group is much more fun!

What is a BRICK?
A brick is a workout that includes 2 of the 3 disciplines in Triathlon. Either a Swim/Bike or a Bike/Run.

Why are BRICKS important?
It is important to run on ' tired legs' to get use to the feeling of running off the bike. In a race, you will not have ' fresh legs' off the bike!

Workout Timeline:

Arrive at 5:45 to set up and sign waiver
Workout begins at 6:15pm
Workout lasts until 7:15- 7:30 pm
Cooldown, stretch, packing up

What do YOU need?
- Bike

- Get to meet new training buddies
- Get in a free, great workout
- Free nutrition sampling during the workout
